Right now, you can hope into The Laser Games and playtest the multiplayer and singleplayer core of the game. As it's essential that The Laser Games builds off a strong, dedicated playerbase, we want to ensure players get in and start playing early on, so that they can help us with ongoing development. As stated previously, we are looking to build a strong and dedicated playerbase behind our game, so this upcoming month and onwards, we are looking to share more about the game than previously- aiming for a larger social media presence, and more opportunities to showcase work in progress via livestreams and promotional videos. At this time, we are planning this period of free playtesting until next year, in time for Steam's Next Fest in the winter, where we'll likely transition to limited testing and crowdfunding. Getting funds from players early on will help establish long-term success in the game in the long run and allow us to fund more resources to accelerate development. We are still committed to long-term plans to release the game with modding support, customization, and a variety of ways to play, as well as post-release content updates, which we are testing or setting up the foundation for these features now.
